About Me
Raised in Northern Ontario, my Finnish heritage and close bond with nature laid the foundation for my journey into wellness. My path to becoming a Massage Therapist began after experiencing the profound benefits of massage myself, leading to a fulfilling career across various settings, including spas and my own wellness center, and a deep involvement with the College of Massage Therapists’ of Ontario.
Now, with 30 years of experience, I practice from my professional studio in Huron County, Ontario, where I continue to merge my passion for natural wellness with my dedication to the practice of massage therapy and mentorship within the community.

Massage Therapy
Most extended healthcare plans cover massage therapy. A receipt will be provided. Please check with your provider before the appointment.
Direct Billing is NOT available. Fees include HST. Payment Methods: cash, cheque, or e-transfer.

**New Client Initial Treatment or Reassessment: $20.00 will be added to the above fees for new clients/ or current clients requiring a re-assessment to an existing or new treatment plan (for example, Health History update).
Indie Head Massage
Massage focusing on the neck, shoulders, face and scalp.Indie Head Massage
Involves various therapeutic techniques helping to alleviate the muscular symptoms of stress which often presents itself in the upper body. Also, a consideration for those suffering from the effects of sinus issues, tension headaches and jaw pain. (For a traditional experience; the use of an aromatic Warm oil can be added to the scalp massage portion of the treatment.)

Heated Stone Massage
Stones smoothed by natures elements are heated in warm water and used to massage the body with therapeutic techniques.Heated Stone Massage
Basalt stones that have been naturally smoothed by natures elements are heated in warm water. The warm stones are used to massage the body and intertwined with therapeutic massage techniques. The heat of the stones acts to increase circulation while having a relaxing effect on muscles and increased range of motion. Deep relaxation while treating the symptoms of daily stress.
90 Minute Treatment- $155.00
(due to the application of ongoing heat, this treatment may not be suitable for some health conditions such as pregnancy and blood pressure issues. RMT will advise).

Treatment begins with a body exfoliation using a combination of salt or sugar and oil...Body Scrub and Massage
Treatment begins with body exfoliation using a combination of salt or sugar and oil. The product is removed using an aromatic steamed towel and followed with a therapeutic massage using a professional hydrating massage lotion. The benefits are increased circulation and promotion of a healthy immune system. This has an energizing effect on the nervous system yet relaxing for the muscles (not to mention the bonus of amazingly smooth and soft skin.)
75-minutes- $135.00

As a professional with three decades as an RMT and experience in the wellness/spa industry and the regulatory body CMTO; I endeavour to provide guidance with a non-judgmental “listening ear”. I work one-on-one with you to focus on your unique situation and problem-solving goals. Maintaining your confidentiality is important to me.
Fees: Will be based on your unique situation. Sometimes quick clarification is all that is needed …but for others; more detailed sessions are beneficial.
